What Is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single sheet of DTF transfer film that contains multiple designs arranged together. Instead of ordering each design individually, you fill one sheet with everything you need — different designs, different sizes, multiple copies of the same graphic — and we print it all at once.

You pay for the length of film, not the number of designs. That means the more efficiently you fill the sheet, the more value you get out of every order.

How to Arrange Your Artwork

Fill the width. Our film prints up to 24 inches wide. Arrange designs side by side to use the full width before adding length.

Rotate designs when it helps. Orientation does not affect how the transfer presses.

Group similar sizes together. Placing designs of similar height next to each other reduces wasted space.

Do not overlap designs. Leave clear space between each design.

Size each design at its intended print size. What you submit is what we print.

Maximum Print Width

Gang sheets print up to 24 inches wide. No single design or the overall layout can exceed 24 inches in width.

Transparent Background Requirements

Every design must have a transparent background. DTF transfers print everything in the file — including backgrounds.

Use transparent PNG files for each design
Make sure there is no white or colored background layer behind your artwork

Recommended Resolution

All artwork must be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. Always start with a high-resolution file and size down if needed, not up.

Prepare your artwork. Transparent PNG at 300 DPI or higher, sized at intended print dimensions.
Build your gang sheet. Use the gang sheet builder or upload a pre-arranged file.
Choose your length. Select the gang sheet length that fits your layout.
Add any services you need. Artwork setup or repair if required.
Select your delivery method. Pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
