Nationwide Shipping

Tri State DTF ships to customers across the United States. All transfers are packaged flat and protected to arrive ready to press. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and artwork is approved for production. Orders with artwork that does not meet our requirements may be delayed. We will contact you if there is an issue before production begins.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your order at tristatedtfprints.com/a/order-status. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Local Pickup

Local Delivery

Damaged Packages

Contact us within [add timeframe] of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and transfers. Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package: check with neighbors and building management, wait 24 hours, then contact the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered. If lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Changes may be possible before shipment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
