Terms of Service — Tri State DTF

By placing an order with Tri State DTF, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before ordering.

Custom Production

All products are custom-made to order. By submitting your order, you confirm that your artwork, sizing, and order details are correct. Production begins after payment is confirmed and artwork is reviewed.

Artwork Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the artwork you submit. This includes ensuring it is print-ready, correctly sized, free of spelling errors, and that you have the legal right to reproduce it. Tri State DTF is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied files.

Approval and Changes

Once your order enters production, no changes can be made. It is your responsibility to review all artwork before submitting. If we identify an issue with your file before production, we will contact you — but we do not guarantee that every file issue will be caught before printing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment

Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept all payment methods available through our checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.

Refunds and Reprints

All sales are final on custom-printed orders. Reprints may be issued for verified production errors at our discretion. See our full Refund and Reprint Policy for details.

Shipping and Delivery

Tri State DTF is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or damage caused during transit beyond what is covered under our Shipping Policy. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Pressing and Application

Tri State DTF is not responsible for results caused by incorrect pressing technique, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow our Pressing Instructions. Transfers are sold as ready-to-press and are the customer's responsibility once received.

Limitation of Liability

Tri State DTF's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
