Tri-State DTF is a professional Direct-to-Film transfer printing company serving the greater Philadelphia area and customers nationwide. What We Print
We produce full-color, ready-to-press DTF transfers printed up to 24 inches wide. Our transfers are designed to press cleanly onto cotton, polyester, blends, and most fabric types.
We offer several ways to order depending on what you need:
- Individual transfers sized for pockets, sleeves, chests, backs, and oversized prints
- Gang sheets you build yourself, arranged exactly how you want them
- Gang sheets we build for you, using the artwork you provide
- Bulk gang sheets for larger runs of 30 linear feet or more
We also offer artwork services for customers who need file setup, basic arrangement, or low-resolution image repair before printing.

Our Quality Standards
Every transfer we produce goes through our standard production process using professional DTF equipment and inks. We print with a white ink underbase on all transfers, which ensures colors stay vibrant and accurate whether you are pressing onto a white tee or a black hoodie.
We require print-ready artwork — transparent PNG or PDF files at 300 DPI or higher — because the quality of the transfer starts with the quality of the file. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their artwork before production. If your file needs help, we offer artwork services to get it print-ready before we run it.
We do not cut corners on materials or process. If something is not right, we will reach out before printing.
